Responsibilities: • Make sure office policies are adhered to and reflect our company’s high standards • Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization • Manage office’s secretarial duties including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative assistants • Carry out other human resources tasks and office administration duties when necessary • Work with a third-party billing system and keep the EHR system accurate and up to date with office policies • Ability to address payments, EOBs, balances, and credits with patients • Keep up to do date accounting and finances through our POS systems and mail • Ability to work with a team, while maintaining a thriving front and back office department that supplements every provider within our office Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Displays strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office • 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred • A healthcare background is recommended but we are willing to train a highly motivated individual • References will be verified!
