Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product management, marketing, and fellow technologists to design, develop, and deliver seamless multi-channel experiences.
Provide technical guidance and serve as a mentor to the SCRUM team. Lead pre-sprint technical design and grooming activities.
Drive user story analysis, elaboration, and design, ensuring high code quality with supporting unit tests and automation.
Contribute to high-level architecture and lead low-level design efforts. Advocate for modular design, reuse, separation of concerns, high cohesion, and loose coupling.
Implement industry best practices to deliver top-notch solutions, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards.
Foster innovation, drive change, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Lead software development activities to meet schedules and timelines.
Research and develop solutions for problems identified by QA or product support.
Ensure adherence to software standards and quality targets.
Qualifications:7+ years of work experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)3+ years of work experience with Adobe Experience Cloud
Experience in end-to-end implementations of AEM 6.5 or later, with preference given to AEM as a cloud service experience.
Proven experience in developing mission-critical web and server applications in an agile environment.
Excellent software architecture, design, and problem-solving skills.
3+ years of relevant experience with client-side technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, HTL, CSS3, SASS, Angular 2.0+, React/Redux, Jasmine, Karma, JSON, REST, TypeScript, ES6, NPM, Bower, Gulp, Grunt, WebPack.
2+ years of experience creating components, templates, dialogs, widgets, and bundles, as well as managing sites and DAM within AEM.
Familiarity with backend technologies, including Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST, OSGI (Apache Felix), is a plus.
Experience with Spring Framework and Hibernate is desirable.
2+ years of experience with Java Content Repository (API) and Sling web framework.
Proficiency in using IDEs such as Eclipse, Webstorm, IntelliJ, Microsoft Visual Studio, or Netbeans.
Knowledge of Responsive and Material design.
Experience with agile development methodologies and TDD.
Familiarity with DevOps tools like Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins is highly desirable.
Experience with monitoring and logging techniques and tools such as CloudWatch, Nagios, Splunk, and Dynatrace, etc.
