As a Senior Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our business architecture and applications. You'll be the driving force behind our strategic direction, crafting and guiding software solutions that empower our business. Your focus will be on cultivating a robust and efficient application portfolio, ensuring that every application delivers exceptional value-pruning and refining as needed. Beyond that, you'll bring fresh, innovative perspectives by staying ahead of industry trends and introducing cutting-edge solutions. Job Description
Work closely with
business stakeholders
and other GTS groups and leaders to
understand business needs
and
drive architectural visions .Develop and maintain IT strategies
tied to corporate and department strategies and objectives.Design and define the structure of
technology solutions
in alignment to our principles and standards.Stay informed about
emerging technologies and trends
assessing their potential to be integrated into the existing architecture and
advise
on their strategic value.Create and maintain
standards
to ensure good guidance is provided to the organization.Identify potential risks and issues
within our architecture and
propose solutions
to mitigate them.Conduct cost-benefit analyses
for proposed architectural changes or new technology implementations, ensuring that investments are justified and aligned with business priorities.Ensure changes to our architecture
maximize business value
and are done with minimal disruption.Provide
guidance, support and mentoring
to other team members on architecture related items.Drive
continuous improvement initiatives
to optimize our solutions for
efficiency, cost-effectiveness, agility and performance .Ensure our solutions comply with
regulatory, legal, privacy, and security
requirements relevant to our operations.Other duties as assigned.Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum
bachelor's
degree in computer science or related field.10+ years
of experience in IT with a strong background in system design or application development5+ years
of experience in an architecture role.Strong background in
business process analysis
and the ability to align
architecture frameworks
and strategies
that align with business goals.Proficiency in
enterprise architecture frameworks
such as
TOGAF ,
Zachman , or
DoDAF .Strong knowledge of
IT governance
and compliance standards, including GDPR and SOX.Understanding of
cybersecurity principles
and best practices.Strong understanding of
application technologies
and
emerging trends .Experience with
SAP ,
Salesforce , and
ServiceNow
beneficial.Strategic thinker
with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong
leadership
