What does a Business Development Manager with Paul Davis do?

Build long term relationships with clients that create referrals and leads for the company to serveRepresent and grow the Paul Davis brand throughout the Cincinnati areaImprove your city and communities by serving others in their time of needContinuously learn how to improving results and develop personal and professional skills.Have fun and drive a growing business!Business Development Managers work with a team of restoration and reconstruction professionals after traumatic events, such as a fire or flood, to clean up and repair damage to commercial and residential properties. As a Business Development Manager, you will establish a referral network by effectively developing and nurturing relations that create and maintain a flow of new project leads.

Team Compensation and Benefits:

Current Business Development Managers yearly pay range from $85,000 to $125,000 depending on results. No limit to earning potential.Team Qualifications (Preferred):

2 or more years of sales or marketing experienceStrong knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to utilize company's customer relationship software (training available).Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to effectively present information in one-on-one, small or large group situations to clients, customers, and peers.Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make prudent decisionsRole on the Team (General Job Functions):

Professionally represent the Paul Davis Restoration Values and BasicsSchedule and make routine visits with clients.Represent the company at industry events and associations.Report on client interactions and next steps.Review and discuss sales performance with Sales and Marketing Manager.Work with peers to promote company brand via email, social media, and additional marketing tactics.Discuss and review sales and marketing plans with Sales and Marketing Manager.Skills Desired of Team Member:
