The
SAP Logistics Business Analyst (SD/LE) is responsible for providing module and project leadership for Supply Chain Management (SCM) Logistics and Warehouse Management activities. Leads a team of functional resources providing support for existing SCM functions and new project implementation. Ability to design and integrate broad complex business processes by working in conjunction with, and leading cross functional business teams, to seamlessly integrate with upstream, downstream and interdependent processes within the enterprise application landscape.
What you will be doing:
Serves as the lead IT SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) process functional and technical specialistDemonstrates a high level of subject matter expertise in the functional area to bridge business requirements and IT solutions. Provides technical direction and ensure compliance with best practice solutionsActs as the technical liaison to solve business problems with existing programs or leads the design of new processesDevelops solution strategies and architecture design for the implementation of business requirementsLeads the development of solution functional specificationsMentors less experienced employees in developing functional expertise in Operational Governance solutions and processesFunctional lead role as needed to implement change or processesUnderstands and follows the Program Management process for software project developmentManages the creation and timely updates of project plans and supporting tools (resource planning, tasks, department budgets, milestones and deliverables)Leads detailed project-planning efforts on larger projects and may act as a project manager for development effortsProvides project deliverables, time & effort estimates for personal and other team members' tasksParticipates in ongoing professional development to enhance technical skills, communication skills, business knowledge, and knowledge of information systems products and procedureWhat you will bring to the table:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience5 or more years of Logistics and Warehouse Management experienceMinimum of 3 full cycles of SAP ImplementationSAP Certification in Logistics, S/4 Hana, SD, MM or LE certifications desired, but not required25% minimum international and domestic travel requiredMust have proficiency to read, write and speak in EnglishWhat we can provide you:
