Qualifications:• Experience:o Junior Analyst: Minimum 2-3 years in SAP LE, with at least one full end-to-end implementation.o Senior Analyst: 5+ years in SAP LE, with deep understanding of project implementation cycles.• Technical Skills:o Proven experience with
SAP LE configuration , ideally with working knowledge of Warehouse Management (WM).o Experience in organizations of a comparable size to Abbott, with global exposure a plus.• Soft Skills:o Demonstrated desire to learn and coachability.o Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Nice to Have: Experience in automation or robotics within logistics (e.g., familiarity with Packsize), and previous exposure to large-scale distribution center setups.
