If you are interested in making a global impact, we are looking for a full-time **Branch Manager** to join us in our **Des Moines, Iowa** location. * Accountable for branch growth and profitability through attaining sales and service goals

* Developing and maintaining a high-quality sales and service culture

* Hire, lead, supervise, evaluate, manage, motivate and train employees

* Assist outside sales representatives within their assigned geographical territories

* Direct selling responsibility to key branch accounts and those within your own geographical territory

* Proven track record of pipeline development, meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas

* Comfortable with significant prospecting necessary to identify new opportunities

* Need an emphasis on Hunter vs. Farmer. Primarily will develop new accounts and secondarily maintaining existing accounts

* Closing on quick turn sales while also nurturing deals having longer sales cycles

* Managing your time effectively to achieve daily sales goals and metrics

* Must work well both independently and as a proactive member of selling teams

* Planning daily and weekly activities in order to achieve sales goals and metrics

* Building long term relationships with key decision makers within the client organization

* Ability to align company solutions with customer needs

* Training company employees and customer end users on the use of products

* Tenacious, creative and determined to persevere with even the most difficult assignments

* Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch

* Providing focus, direction, delegation and motivation to the branch staff to achieve and exceed business goals

* Monitors fiscal performance of the branch as compared to budget

* Controls branch expenditures and costs

* Ensures all customers receive quality service from company associates

* All other duties as required.

* BS degree preferred.

* 5+ years of sales experience and demonstrated track record for meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas.

* Supervisory experience a plus.

* Thorough understanding of the sales process.

* Impeccable Integrity. Must be able to gain access to highly secured environments

* Occupational licenses may be necessary to obtain depending on territory/accounts.

* Ability to understand mechanical and software technologies and navigate complex issues when selling to tech savvy buyers

* Ability to develop strong product and industry knowledge for new and existing products

* Strong Attention to details

* Strategic thinker with foresight

* Excellent math skills as need to process data, accuracy when quoting, and understand the meaning of the data such as how it applies to ROI.

* Keyboarding skills; Proficient in MS Office applications, use of Company CRM and Internet Search Engines

* Comfortable selling to high level decision makers

* Confident, competitive, and driven by nature.

* Resilient and able to handle rejection and occasional setback in stride

* Required to be within assigned sales territory 70% of the time.

* Variable overnight travel estimated at 10-20%

* Extensive day travel within territory by car

* Required to attend periodic sales training approximately once a year at Corporate Office

* Able to lift, push or carry a minimum of 50 or more pounds such as large money counting machines and parts in and out of client sites.

* Phone or desk work up to 30% of the time doing computer work, preparing proposals planning sales calls and setting up appointments.

* Ability to stand about 50% of time and in some cases long periods of time while servicing some equipment.
