General Description:

The Director of Digital Marketing will lead the digital marketing strategy and execution for the Brukinsa brand team. This role will be integral in collaborating with the omnichannel team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and customer segmentation, a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and a proven track record in Oncology.

Essential Functions of the job:

Strategy Development and Content Creation:

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for the Brukinsa brand that aligns to overall brand strategy and priorities.

In collaboration with Omnichannel Strategy and Innovation (OSI) and analytics teams, identify and leverage digital opportunities to enhance brand presence and drive growth.

Lead the content development and segmented execution of campaign messages and tactics through relevant digital channels, including website content, social media posts, and email newsletters.

Represent all digital materials submitted to the internal promotional review committee, ensuring final materials meet business objectives while also meeting regulatory, legal, and compliance requirement.

Campaign Management:

Lead the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, social media, email, and search.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance with business analytics team and media partners, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Responsible for digital tactical plan in concert with OSI, brand promotions team and AOP recommendations

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the omnichannel team to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, medical, and regulatory, to ensure alignment and compliance.

Communicate digital marketing plans and results to key stakeholders.

Budget Management:

Manage the digital marketing budget for the Brukinsa brand.

Ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

Innovation and Trends:

Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and the pharmaceutical industry.

Identify and implement new technologies and platforms to enhance digital marketing efforts.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will not be responsible for management of direct reports. However, it will require significant agency management, and cross-functional team leadership.

Other Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

At least 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with predominant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Preference for experience in Oncology, particularly hematologic malignancies

Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry is a must.

Travel: 25%
