*** - Med/Surg Telemetry RNNight shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730amMinimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetrymetry experience.Must have 18 months perm MS/Telemetry PRIOR to travel.MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HANDAHA BLS & ACLS requiredRecent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED.*TWO recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months. Charge RN refs accepted!
Traveler must work at least every other holidayPBDS Assessment - waivedECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is requiredQualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
