The candidate will:Conduct legal research.Prepare, review and edit legal documents, including Petitions, Motions, Orders, etc.Make Court appearances as required.Conduct billing practices per the requirements of the firm.Perform miscellaneous job duties per the requirements of the firm.Must have significant first-chair litigation experience. Board certification is preferred. Must be licensed by the Texas State Bar and in good standing. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and possess strong organizational, planning, and critical thinking skills.
