This well-established family medicine practice is seeking a full-time, certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to join its team. We have a large patient base and need an additional Advanced Practice Provider to best serve our patient population. An optimal candidate must be willing to work independently in a clinical setting, as the NP/PA will be responsible for the successful management and care coordination of his/her assigned patient population. Our team of four providers genuinely enjoys working together we have fun every day!Job duties include but are not limited to:Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients to include evaluation, diagnosis, treatment and educationCommunicate with nursing staff and collaborating physician / specialists regarding patient careChart daily visit notes in an electronic medical record in a timely fashionNO weekends! NO evenings! Experience and Qualifications:Minimum one-year experience, requiredCurrent Arizona NP or PA License, requiredSelf-motivated, directed, flexible and a team playerPositive attitude and customer service orientationGenuine desire to learn and grow as a provider
