Infor

mation Technology (IT) Helpdesk Technician

provides technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software, mobile devices, and other tech tools impacting Plant Production, Logistics, and IT Services.

Knowledge, Education, and Experience

An associate degree or higher in an IT-related discipline is required, with 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. Experience with Windows desktop operating systems, networking, cloud file sharing, printers, and mobile device support such as Apple IOS and Android. Familiarity with Windows server operating system and active directory, Microsoft 365 Cloud, Azure Active Directory, remote desktop, and group policy management.
