Estimator

Local organization in the construction industry in Elmira, NY is looking to bring on a new Estimator. This is a direct-hire position offering a strong starting salary!

Location: Elmira, NY. Fully Onsite
Position Scope: Direct Hire
Salary: $50,000 - $60k DOE

Position Responsibilities:

• Perform occasional site visits to verify existing conditions and determine access requirements
• Maintain communication related to project bids and documentation
• Review construction documents to determine scope of work and details
• Engage with offices to discuss various project requirements and recommendations
• Maintain productive relations with customers, building owners, general contractors, consultants and suppliers
