To support the Microsoft 365 team in the definition, creation, and delivery of Professional Services for our customers. Initially this will be working on Intune consultancy projects, M365 Tenant to Tenant migrations/consolidations. However, we will deliver any Microsoft 365 projects that our customers need and so the projects will vary.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for the delivery of projects from pre-sales scoping to project planning and implementationEngage with the Service Delivery team to collaborate on future services that we can deliver to customersDesigning and documenting customer solutionsINDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Delivery of migrations into M365 using various migration methods and toolingIntune Consultancy and/or customer workshopsWIDER TEAM NETWORKInternal:Pre-sales, Sales, Marketing and SupportExternal:Clients, Vendors and PartnersQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:Educational Qualifications:Degree qualified in relevant subjectESSENTIALProfessional Qualifications:ESSENTIALMS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator)Years of Experience:3+ years working with production workloads in M365ESSENTIALOther Requirements:Experience delivering workshops and/or training to colleagues or customersESSENTIALProduction experience with M365 (particularly around security with SC-200 and SC-300)DESIRABLEExperience with Defender for EndpointScripting such as PowerShellExcellent knowledge of M365 service offerings and productsExperience with Intune SuiteExcellent knowledge of design and onboarding devices to Microsoft IntuneExperience with M365 admin portalsMigrating on-premises GPO’s to Intune policiesGood experience with the Microsoft Defender suiteGood working knowledge of M365 Migration tools such as Quest On Demand, AvePoint Fly, BitTitan, Skykick, etc.Experience with migrating and scaling M365 tenancies
