About the role

We are seeking applications for a proactive, results-driven Production Supervisor with a passion for quality and safety, based in Bibra Lake, WA.

Reporting to Production Manager – Diving Systems, the successful candidate will oversee all production activities in Bibra Lake, manage a team, and ensure operational excellence.

This position has 2 direct reports.

Primary duties include:

Forecasting & Inventory Management : Maintain a rolling 6-month forecast of required parts for both ISS and non-ISS service and manufacturing demands. Ensure adequate stock levels to meet client and production needs.

Service Coordination : Coordinate service activities as per client requirements and OQE traceability standards. Ensure efficient and timely execution.

Team Supervision : Lead and supervise the Dive and Hyperbaric team members in Bibra Lake. Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to safe work practices.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Diploma in Front Line Supervisor or similar desirable

Experience with using an ERP system to maintain inventory and purchasing records

Well-developed time management and planning skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines.

Ability to analyse and interpret data for effective decision making and reporting.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with experience supervising a team and driving KPIs.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Experience creating and managing a successful production schedule.
