Our Client, a leading clean energy organization, is seeking a skilled attorney to work under the direction of the GC. This individual will be responsible for supporting business decisions that comply with local, state, and federal laws.Responsibilities :Support the legal aspects for the company's finance, operations, and various teams/programsReview and negotiate energy related contracts, including PPAsProvide guidance on legal matters related to the Brown Act, California Public Records Act, employment law, etc.Review California Public Records Act requestsAdvise on internal and external complianceQualifications:5+ years of legal experienceA J.D. from an accredited law school and license to practice law in CaliforniaExperience with contracting, public agency, OR energy law is preferredAbility to work well with diverse teamsMust be able to work on a hybrid schedule out of San Diego
