Associate Corporate Counsel

We are seeking an Associate Corporate Counsel who wants to handle complex legal work for all areas of the company in a fast-paced work environment. The main priority will be to provide legal advice to the business teams, assess risk, and assist in the negotiation of a variety of corporate and commercial agreements. This position will report to the Senior Corporate Counsel.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, including professional services agreements, software licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, etc.Identifying contractual risk and advising business teams on various legal risks/issues.Collaborating with other departments such as Finance, Human Resources, the IT Security Team, and Sales and Marketing Teams in connection with contract drafting.Participating in negotiation calls alongside the Vistex commercial team.Performing other duties as assigned.
