Description & RequirementsThe Communications Senior Manager is responsible for leading and developing communication for Forvis Mazars to support firm-wide talent strategies and initiatives. You will work in close partnership with Strategic Communications, HR, and Marketing & Business Development to develop creative and effective content and distribution strategies.
How you will contribute:The essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Works closely with People Team leadership on all strategic communications supporting firm-wide talent strategies and initiatives.
Actively participates in Senior HR calls to ensure alignment between communication strategies and HR initiatives.
Partner with HR Leadership to develop communication strategies that support HR initiatives including recruiting, employment engagement, benefits, organizational changes, etc.
Collaborates with team members and outside vendors to create, support and refresh the People intranet site, gathering and acting upon employee experience feedback.
Demonstrates the ability to transform knowledge into exciting and useful messages, disseminating it to the right audiences through the best distribution channels.
Leads people and culture content that engages audience segments and leads to measurable action.
Ensures communications vehicles are in place to create momentum and awareness as well as to test the effectiveness of communications activities.
Works with Marketing & Business Development team members to create graphics that support the programs and communications.
Implements and leverages employee feedback channels to monitor real-time feedback and analyze data.
Proposes and applies best practices to extend reach and readership and improve delivery methods and frequency.
Adheres to, appreciates, and understands the firm's voice, brand standards, and established SOPs.
Works collaboratively with the Strategic Communications Team to ensure alignment with firm-level communication strategies and brand alignment.

Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
8 years or more of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in comprehensive communication planning, including developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that align with the organization's goals.
Professional writing and digital marketing experience, including video scripting, video storyboard development, speech writing, editing, and cascading communications.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience working within a similar role in Professional Services.
