Chief of Staff

supports the CEO in driving productivity, building culture, and achieving the vision of the organization. The Chief of Staff does this by pushing the CEO's agenda to all parts of the organization and making sure that all leaders and departments are aligned with the CEO's vision. The Chief of Staff is a champion of the DLP culture and drives engagement for all team members. The Chief of Staff gets involved with all projects where they can take time off the CEO's calendar.What you have already achieved: (Requirements)5+ Years of Chief of Staff or comparable experience requiredExtensive experience in real estate development, investments, and asset managementBackground in private credit and/or banking preferredBoard management experience preferredHR leadership experience preferredWhat you are great at: (Responsibilities)Support the CEO in achieving vision & driving executionLead the preparation & summarization of L10, Clarity, and strategic meetings. Prepare written summaries and conduct check-ins with each attendee to obtain sign-off on agreed-upon completion dates, confirming the party is responsible for following up on each action item.Serve as the first alert system, keeping the CEO aware of unanticipated problems to be addressed or opportunities to be considered. Gain real direct insights of issues and perspectives and provide insight and perspective to the CEO.Provide active support to CEO's direct report management and developmentRepresent CEO as needed/requested in internal and external meetings & provide meeting summary (Lenders, Investors, Sponsors, Interviews, etc.)Finish design of and Manage CEO Dashboard, ensure it is up to date and pushed out to CEO weekly with analysis/summary, clear reporting on CEO Key Metrics and reporting formats.Consistently present data with analysis and solutions to the CEOPrepare, draft and review content for internal and external communicationsConduct market research, provide summaries, and perform analysisPrepare for the CEO’s alignment meetings and brain dates, draft talking points for the CEO & preparing team members, while ensuring the draft agenda is ready.Prepare for the CEO’s sponsor and investor meetings, while ensuring the sponsor summary is complete.Keep HubSpot & key meeting tracker up to dateManage ‘CEO Project’ document, with a minimum of two monthly updates on each projectManage weekly digest reports from direct reports with a monthly minimum of two organized for the CEOProofread documents, marketing materials and communications etc.Support CEO on wellness & longevityEnsure the Development Pipeline Dashboard is up to date at least twice a month and is pushed to the CEOEnsure the Portfolio Performance Dashboard is up to date and is pushed to the CEOLead post-meeting follow-up & provide support for key relationship communication, including thank you cards, birthday gifts, anniversaries and more.Review underwriting, term sheets, deal opportunities and provide analysis/feedbackMake sure all deal documentation & Impact in action is up to date and serve as point person for marketing info on deals, sponsors, on market, etc.Execute on projects/priorities across asset management, acquisitions, capital markets, investor relations, etc as needed and directed by CEO.Oversee utilization and management of EESToolsTake an active role in supporting; managing; and holding accountable asset management teams on the lending and ownership side.Oversee Rentyl relationship; performance; etc.What you’re motivated by:Making an impact.
