Description—Do you direct programmatic media like an air traffic controller? Do you pull all the right strings, like some sort of puppet master savant? We’re looking for a Performance Media Supervisor who will translate business and marketing objectives into impactful programmatic, paid social and search activations. This magnificent media maven will have oversight and responsibility for the day-to-day management of all self-serve media at the agency and its proper implementation. Reports to: Director, Performance Media & AnalyticsAbility to setup and manage programmatic, paid social and search campaigns for a variety of clients across different industries with different awareness, traffic, and sales goals.Strong executional experience trading in DSP platforms like Adelphic, Trade Desk, DV360.Strong knowledge of programmatic best practices with a keen eye to executional details.Ensure that client budgets are being utilized effectively- this includes building new campaigns, budget management, ongoing optimization and testing new channels.Executes test-and-learn campaigns to identify audience and creative optimization insights and learning to ensure client goals are met.Builds, optimizes and reports on programmatic and paid search/social campaigns through both dashboard reporting and larger QBRs across traffic, engagement, and ROAS metrics.Leads the pre- and post-launch QA process for programmatic media and traffics campaigns to ensure that all creative is uploaded properly and that all tags/pixels are firing so that campaigns launch on time and performance metrics can be properly tracked.Manages a team that is responsible for proper daily pacing, vendor monitoring and optimization of campaign performance.Experience auditing programmatic/search accounts to QA setup and look for creative expansion opportunities.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5+ years' experience in programmatic/self-serve planning and executionStrong familiarity DSP platforms (Adelphic, TTD, DV360)Experience in paid search/social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Bing, etc.) and performance analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailTeam player with strong communication and organization skillsSelf-motivated and able to work under own initiativeAccountability
The Performance Media Supervisor is responsible for leading the management of day-to-day execution and operations of paid media campaigns across programmatic display, Meta, Twitter, YouTube, SEM, and other biddable media platforms.THIS IS A PREDOMINATELY A “WORK FROM THE OFFICE” JOB. While we currently offer “Work from Home Wednesdays”, this job requires that you work in our Chicago office Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.Direct applicants only.
