Customer focused attitude - ensuring consistently high quality resolutionsFinancial and budget experience; including sourcing/procuring goods or services and following procurement best practicesCOMPANY:Our client, a fortune 500 data and AI company, is looking to identify a Workplace Specialist to join their team.JOB DESCRIPTIONMissionThe Real Estate & Workplace team's Workplace Specialist will lead the clients' MTV office Operations, with full responsibilities for the MTV office. Our MTV office spans 2 buildings and 80k rsf. You will help develop strategies and implement tactical solutions to support the clients' exponential growth across the region.This is an exciting opportunity to grow the Bay Area support team and manage important 3rd party relationships that will be the backbone of our growth. This region has over 500 daily unique users with no signs of slowing down. You will be required to work from the MTV office 5x/week during normal business hours and is a 5 month contract starting on September 23, 2024.OutcomesDeliver the best in class of customer servicePlan support for internal events/training/hackdays as well as company happy hoursOversee front of house activities such as: visitor and security management, food and beverage programs, mailroom and deliveries, and office supply managementVendor management using tools in our team's ecosystemGuide all facilities and workplace operations to achieve an exceptional environment which manifests and deepens company culture in our workplacesEnsure a coverage model that supports day to day facilities requests are completed through our team's ticketing system within our SLAsMaintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (EAs, team leaders) and partner teams (HR, IT, Finance and property management) as well as external vendor services to ensure highest quality solutionsWork on special projects as a part of the global REW teamHelp develop, improve and document consistent operational processes such as: Oversee regular office maintenance programs- janitorial, patch & paint and safety equipment etcCoverage of reception desk 2x/week or as neededRequirementsAt least 5 years of office management, executive support, or administration experience with responsibility for operations and service deliveryGreat communication skills and the ability to draft office communicationsProven organizational skills, managing multiple work streams and projectsCustomer focused attitude - ensuring consistently high quality resolutionsFinancial and budget experience; including sourcing/procuring goods or services and following procurement best practicesIND123
