That's how we're UNSTOPPABLE for our employees!The Senior Manager, 5G Advanced Network Solutions (ANS) Product Management is a strategist, analyst, customer evangelist, respected leader of execution, and professional relationship builder who is focused on driving innovative and transformational solutions. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, in this role you will be ultimately accountable and responsible for developing T-Mobile's 5G Advanced Network Solutions portfolio, creating transformational connectivity solutions across the entirety of industries in T-Mobile's customer base.

As Senior Manager, 5G ANS Product Management you will:Define long-term strategy of the product portfolio; align the various product road maps; help drive and support technical delivery end to end; define the scope for releases/product increments; partner with T-Mobile's Marketing, Sales and Technology teams as well as external partners.Work closely with T-Mobile and its partners to facilitate high-level meetings between executives and key stakeholders to promote and advocate for 5G ANS products objectives.Help deliver customer trials and solutions, working to investigate, collaborate, deploy and support on-site customer use cases, documenting and demonstrating to our customers their return on investment and a realization of the value of T-Mobile's 5G ANS solutions portfolio.Leverage deep customer empathy, strategic thinking, detailed project planning and execution, commercial, analytical, and leadership prowess to successfully deliver delightful and differentiated products that drive growth.

The 5G ANS team leverages advanced 5G technologies like Network Slicing, Local Breakout, and Private 5G Networks to create business outcomes, so an ideal candidate would be familiar with 5G Network technology, as well as key challenges and strengths.Job OverviewWorks in collaboration with the Senior Director and peers to develop strategy, plan, goals (outcomes) for their scope of business.Drive cross-functional alignments with various teams including Engineering, Business Assurance, Financial Operations and Accounting teams to understand current product experiences, identifies areas of opportunity and prioritize feature development.Maintains current understanding of the Wireless Industry trends for Enterprises. Assesses how trends impact the roadmap or create opportunity for innovation of the products.Own lifecycle management of multiple products, including creating, managing, maintaining, and communicating product vision and roadmap.Develop change management and regularly cascades Vision, Strategy to align goals with corporate priorities from executives to direct reports.Regularly provides review and guidance to Product Management team & Vendor on execution related responsibilities.Drives accountability regarding implementation, service levels and adherence to T-Mobile's contractual terms.Ensures Product Team follows enterprise process to secure and maintain product funding.Coordinates activities/communication between internal teams and vendors.Represent T-Mobile as a primary contact with the Vendor for performance, quarterly business reviews, escalations, and issue resolution.Assists direct reports with ongoing prioritization and resource allocation to ensure scope and outcomes are delivered.Collaborates and contributes to creation of development plans for each direct report.Creates, communicates, and monitors formal performance improvement plan (PIP) when necessary.Provides regular, timely coaching lateral (peer) and upward feedback.Hire, manage, and develop a team of high performing individual contributors.May be required to serve or execute the role of Product Manager for a specific product or group of products.Education :Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience. (Required)Work Experience :7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.2 - 4 years experience managing teams of 5 or more resources in Product Management organization.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :Product Lifecycle Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives. (Required)Proven ability to communicate with Leadership effectively, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders. (Required)Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role.
