The primary responsibility of the
HR/Payroll Director
includes handling recruitment.
Required qualifications for HR/Payroll Director:
Must have 1 year of experience as HR and Payroll in a long-term care facility.
Organizational and attention to detail is a must.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Key position working with other personnel, residents, families, government agencies, and insurance companies.
Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word, and Excel.
Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies, and procedures.
Drive the recruitment process for all disciplines.
Onshift experience preferred.
