is seeking an energetic, responsible and motivated professional that has the desire and drive to be our

HR/Payroll Director.

The primary responsibility of the

HR/Payroll Director

includes handling recruitment.

Required qualifications for HR/Payroll Director:

Must have 1 year of experience as HR and Payroll in a long term care facility.

Organizational and attention to detail is a must.

Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills.

Key position working with other personnel, residents, families, government agencies and insurance companies.

Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word and Excel.

Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies and procedures.

Drive the recruitment process for all disciplines.

Onshift experience preferred.
