Director of Nursing .
The primary responsibility of the
Director of Nursing
is to direct the day-to-day operations of our facility. We are committed to providing the highest quality of care to those we are privileged to serve. As
Director of Nursing , you’ll be responsible for the leadership and management of the nursing department and partner with our Administrator to help drive the overall success of the facility. The
Director of Nursing
will include maintaining standards of care in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures, current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care as well as attracting, developing, and retaining top talent and supervising and training team members.
Required qualifications:
RN license in good standing with the state of OH
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
At least 2 years of experience as
Director of Nursing
in long-term care
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Ability to implement programs, policies, and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care
