The Human Resources department is currently seeking an outstanding candidate to fill the Employee Relations Manager role who can contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.GENERAL PUROSE OF THE JOB: The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee relations and handling grievances within the organization. This role involves working closely with employees, managers, and HR personnel to ensure fair treatment, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment. The Employee Relations Manager will develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures related to employee relations and grievances, as well as provide guidance and support to all stakeholders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations and grievances in compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, managers, and HR personnel regarding employee relations matters and grievances.Investigate and resolve employee complaints, conflicts, and grievances through thorough fact-finding, analysis, and mediation.Conduct fair and impartial investigations into allegations of misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or other violations of company policies or laws.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.Collaborate with legal counsel, if necessary, to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and mitigate legal risks.Maintain accurate and confidential records of employee relations cases, investigations, and outcomes.

Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics, including conflict resolution, communication skills, and diversity and inclusion.Monitor trends and identify areas of concern or improvement related to employee relations, providing recommendations to management as needed.Stay current on employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to employee relations and grievance handling.Manage and lead mass orientation onboardings for Holtville and Salinas, CA, ensuring new employees are properly introduced to company policies, procedures, and culture. This includes coordinating logistics, preparing materials, facilitating sessions, and evaluating effectiveness to continuously improve the onboarding experience.Prepare, host and manage tailgate meetings with crews on HR/Payroll topics, working closely with agricultural operations personnel. Maintain daily contact with them to address any concerns or issues that arise.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to relocate as neededMust have a valid driver’s licenseREQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management skills, self-motivated, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multitask, great organizational skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Able to work in a respectful and professional manner with all levels of employees.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Work onsite and meet position’s attendance schedule, as required by the job.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Ability to efficiently present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, clients, and customers of the organization.Excellent time management and communicator skills (written and oral)Self-motivated, reliable and punctualPlease send your resume to
