$25+GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Corporate Marketing Coordinator will support the Director of Marketing with all initiatives and activities related to corporate marketing, internal communications, and community relations. This position will also provide support to all sales staff as time allows.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Corporate Marketing:- Assist with corporate marketing campaigns related to Church Brothers Farms as an overall brand. This includes advertising, social media, signage and internal displays.- Work with the Director of Sustainability to create marketing materials that effectively tell the Church Brothers sustainability story.- Manage community engagement and sponsorship activities.- Manage inventory of Church Brothers-branded marketing materials including clothing and giveaways.Sales Support:- Assist sales team with generation of sales presentations including videos and power points as well as tradeshow support as needed.- Gather addresses from Sales team for their holiday card/calendar recipients.- Assist Marketing Manager with coordination of customer events as needed.Communication:- Work with Marketing and HR teams to manage all internal communications including Good News Friday, Department Spotlights, Weekly Culture Fundamental emails and CultureSuite portal, and announcements regarding personnel changes.- Submit to Director of Marketing for adherence to standards.- Obtain Spanish and Haitian translations as needed.Customer Service Responses:- Act as main point person to respond to consumer requests or concerns in a timely manner.- Distribute product coupons to consumers as appropriate.- Create and distribute quarterly report regarding complaints.- Ensure forms for consumer responses on company website are up-to-date.Website:- Maintain corporate sections of the company website to ensure information is innovative, accurate, and generating traffic.- Provide routine quarterly site analytics to highlight effectiveness, or areas for improvement.Social Media:- Work with Marketing Manager to maintain Editorial Calendar to ensure even distribution of both corporate and trade posts throughout each week.- Create engaging posts and content that depict Church Brothers culture in a fun and entertaining way.Event Planning:- Work closely with Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager and VPs of sales to plan and execute all customer-facing events. These include customer entertaining, plant and field tours, ranch parties, and events tied to tradeshows.Marketing Meeting:- Responsible for weekly updates regarding latest status of ongoing projects in the area of brand development, advertising, packaging, sales support, social media and events.- Develop monthly analytics presentation of website traffic and social media engagement.EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and minimum of two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management skills, self-motivated, attention to detail and accuracy, ability to multitask, great organizational skills, excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Able to work in a respectful and professional manner with all levels of employees.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Work onsite and meet position’s attendance schedule, as required by the job.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.Ability to efficiently present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, clients, and customers of the organization.Church Brothers Farms is an equal opportunity employer.
