We are a trusted partner to premier food and beverage brands in more than fifty countries helping bring their vision into reality.Throughout our decades of success and growth, we have remained committed to our mission and values, and these principles unite our people and guide all that we do.The Talent Acquisition Specialist facilitates the talent acquisition process through all phases of the candidate process including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding, in support of the business goals and in accordance with internal policies and procedures, external laws and regulations. Additionally, is responsible for exempt and non-exempt positions located at all company sites.This role is customer-centric: understanding the needs of the clients and focuses on providing an excellent candidate experience. A combination of specialized skills is needed to be successful in this role including talent acquisition experience, customer service, administrative and logistics acumen.Job Responsibilities
Facilitate the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing candidates, screening, selection, and onboarding, in accordance with internal policies and procedures.Develop and implement diverse sourcing strategies to include postings, direct sourcing, college campus recruiting, media, professional networks, and referrals.Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, and job fairs.Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest and cultural fit.Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates.Provide excellent customer service to hiring managers about requisition updates and work closely with hiring managers and HR team in the selection and hiring process.Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.Support college recruiting efforts and internship program.Provide support with new hire orientation.Assist with immigration and relocation programs.What You Will Need
Minimum of a High School diploma and 4 years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree in a Business field with 1 year of related experience or a Master’s degree in a related field of study.Experience using an applicant tracking system and HRMS.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task and prioritize.Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).What Will Put You Ahead
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field with 2 years of related experience.Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment.Experience recruiting for technical, professional, and managerial positions.Physical Demands & Work Environment
