Our client's Bloomfield Hills office is seeking a talented and motivated associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their esteemed Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. Candidates with defense experience in catastrophic injury cases are highly preferred. Experience within the automotive industry and e-discovery is a plus.
Responsibilities:Motion practice, discovery, and brief writingPreparing company witnesses for depositionsTaking and defending depositionsAttending court appearancesClient interactionTrial preparation and trial participationIdeal candidates will possess significant experience in all aspects of case management, including fact investigation and discovery. Strong written communication and oral advocacy skills are essential. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Admission to practice law in Michigan is required.
