Product Liability and Class Action Litigation Associate

Our client's Dallas office is looking for a skilled and driven associate with 3-5 years of trial litigation experience to join our esteemed Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. We highly value candidates with a defense background, especially in handling catastrophic injury cases, and experience in the automotive industry is a definite advantage. Prior clerkships are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities include:Motion practiceDiscoveryBrief writingPreparing company witnesses for depositionsConducting and defending depositionsAttending court appearancesClient interactionTrial preparationActive participation in trialsIdeal candidates will have extensive experience in all facets of case management, including fact investigation and discovery. Exceptional written communication and oral advocacy skills are crucial. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines. Admission to the Texas Bar is a requirement.
