As one of the most dynamic jobs in the material handling industry, the Solution Development, Solution Consultant will collaborate with the Dematic Sales Organization to truly understand the future state needs of our existing and potential clients by translating those needs into automated material handling solutions. This client-facing role requires excellent communication, the ability to communicate complex topics in simplified ways, and the ability to support clients' best interests.

Solution Consultants translate data and business trend analysis into future state automated solutions to prepare our clients for the dynamic disruptions they face. The ideal candidate should have 15+ years' experience minimum working in the operational warehouse and distribution network and/or the application expertise of material handling solutions including mechanical design and machine controls and understanding of warehouse control software. Consulting experience is a plus. This position will report to the Solution Development Consulting and Concepting Manager, Solution Development North America.

Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
