to join one of the fastest-growing cloud vendors and make your mark on the industry.Your ImpactPlanning and managing the calendar & travelScheduling cost-effective air/hotel/ground transportation, creating detailed travel itinerariesManaging and submitting expensesCoordinating closely with other cross-functional departments, and other Executive Assistants within AnaplanWillingness to accept new challengesYour QualificationsBusiness experience supporting an executive, preferably in a SaaS organizationHigh level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the companyProficiency in Microsoft OfficeEffective at preparing documents/presentations, presenting and communicating meaningful insights and recommendations.Event planning, expense report, and calendar management experienceAbility to multitask, complete items, and be flexible based on constantly evolving deadlinesExcellent writing, speaking, and grammar skillsUniversity degree a plus!Base Salary Range:
