About the RoleAnthropic is looking for an experienced leader to join our team as the first Head of Marketing. In this role, you will shape and own our marketing strategy, working closely with go-to-market teams and leadership to drive adoption across our key segments and products.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy
Advise executives and stakeholders on all things growth and go-to-market
Build, develop, and manage a high-performing marketing team that drives business impact
Establish key performance metrics, along with the right infrastructure to measure success
Partner with product and marketing to develop differentiated positioning and roadmaps
Build a demand generation engine that scales our impact and ability to experiment
Partner with sales leadership to map and influence the buyer journey at every step
Partner with cloud partners, such as Google Cloud and AWS, on go-to-market strategies that deliver unique solutions for joint customers
You may be a good fit if you:
Have 12+ years of experience leading growth and/or marketing at hyper-growth technology companies, with a proven track record in product marketing, growth marketing and demand generation
Have experience leading B2B and B2C motions at scale, spanning self-serve to enterprise
Have excellent analytical skills and strategic acumen
Are highly collaborative, able to partner effectively across the organization and build trust with both technical and operational teams
Have experience building and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments and a proven track-record of developing and mentoring team members
Strong candidates may have:
Strong executive presence; served as a senior leader within a company and has been influential with a diverse group of stakeholders in moving strategy forward
Experience in building and scaling a marketing organization from the ground up
Passion for the responsible development and deployment of AI technologies and an interest in the future of work
