Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessmentsFollow-up psychiatric assessment for IV Ketamine patientsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans.Manage medication for patients with a variety of mental health conditions.Provide ongoing follow-up care and adjust medications and treatment plans as necessary.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.Stay current with best practices and advancements in psychiatric care and ketamine therapy.
Qualifications:Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.Certification as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in MaineExperience working with ketamine patients not required but would be preferred.Strong clinical skills in psychiatric assessment and medication management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
