If these qualities reflect you and your ambitions, join us today by applying here!Objectives and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute campaign strategies with a focus on lead generation and cost-per-lead optimizationCreate, implement, and manage PPC campaignsIntegrate CRM systems with campaigns to track, report, and optimize campaign results, including cost per click, cost per lead, conversion rates, etc.Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and create effective ad copyCreate and manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to achieve campaign goalsCollaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages that drive conversionsPerform A/B testing to optimize ad copy, creatives, and landing pagesUse basic coding to set up conversion pixels and tracking codes.Utilize programmatic ad buying, including OTT (over-the-top media), Connected TV, and DOOH (digital out-of-home) strategiesSupport company-wide communication on all things paid digital mediaStay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in PPC and digital marketingPursue ongoing education and certifications to enhance paid media knowledgeAssist team with other tasks/projects as needed
Experience and Competencies – For success in this role3+ years of experience managing PPC Campaigns – Financial field preferredCertifications in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics etc.
(preferred)Experience with CRM Integrations and Google Tag ManagerKnowledge of Website, Call and CRM Tracking SystemsExperience in Reporting Visualizers (PowerBI, Google Looker Studio, Agency Analytics, etc…)Basic Coding Ability (HTML, CSS, PHP)Experience with Programmatic Ad Buying; OTT, Connected TV, DOOH etc.
(preferred)Proven track record of developing Campaign Strategies that Optimize Lead Generation and Cost-Per-LeadTech-savvy with the ability and willingness to learn new systems, softwares and processesMust be a go-getter, team-player, and hungry for knowledge and growth!
