board-certified Internal Medicine Residency Program Director
to lead our esteemed Categorical Internal Medicine residency program.Our facility, a 168-bed hospital, serves a growing population of over 300,000 and is recognized for its commitment to excellence in medical education and patient care.As the Program Director, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development and execution of our Internal Medicine residency program. This role balances administrative and clinical teaching responsibilities, offering a 50/50 split between each.Position Details:
Lead and oversee the Categorical Internal Medicine residency program.Engage in a blend of administrative duties and clinical teaching.Bring a minimum of three years of educational or administrative experience in an ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Program.Participate in faculty recruitment, retention, and professional development.Develop and implement curriculum, policies, and procedures for the residency program.Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and standards.Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment.Qualifications:
Board-eligible or board-certified in Internal Medicine in the United States.Proven track record of leadership in medical education.Strong organizational and communication skills.Recruitment Package May Include:
