We are looking for a Managing Counsel to provide federal and state anti-discrimination (e.g., the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Fair Housing Act), UDAP and UDAAP legal support for the Data and Analytics team.Responsibilities:Interpreting applicable bills, laws and regulationsIdentifying, anticipating and protecting the company against related risk exposureSupervising and directing applicable testing and monitoringSupporting responses to federal and state agencies, complaints and litigation, as neededDrafting and negotiating relevant commercial agreementsAt TransUnion, we have a welcoming and energetic environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
