Human Resources Director (HR)

is seeking a

Director of Human Resources.

Must have experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility.

Highland Square is located in Akron, OH off of West Market St. Highland Square is a long term, skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a motivated HR Director, wanting to boost staff morale and work to create a fun environment for staff.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviewing payroll bi-weekly and updating personnel policies

Coordinating interviews for new staff

On-boarding new hires and organize orientations

Develop and maintain relationships with employees, residents, visitors, vendors, and the corporate office.

Work hard to manage a fun working environment for staff

Create monthly and weekly events for staff

Work hard at staff recruitment and retention

Requirements:

Two years of experience as an HR Director in Healthcare

Software proficiency such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the general public Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques

Superior organization skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to multi-task.
