Overview

Generate revenue by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities as well as maintaining and building relationships with current customers.

Responsibilities

Grow the Noke Smart Entry business with self-storage owners, operators, developers and other decision makers in the Southwest territory.Meet or exceed territory budget by generating business for new customers as well as securing repeat business with existing customer base.Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers in their territory.Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers via in person meetings, virtual demos, and at industry events and trade shows.Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers.Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales.Submit, present, and follow up on written proposal/quotations.Expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns.Coordinate sales efforts with estimating, sales management, accounting, and logistics teams.Identify advantages and compare the organization's products/services.Generate and submit sales reports to management as needed.Supply management with oral and written updates on customer contacts, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications

High school diploma required. A college degree in business is preferred.Three to five years of previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.History of success meeting or exceeding sales budgets strongly preferredOvernight travel required up to 50%. Must have a valid driver's license.Basic computer skills required; Outlook email, Word, Excel.Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally on the telephone and in person.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
