QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have knowledge and experience with current Apple & PC operating systems, wireless networking and related hardwareExperience with administration, configuration, installation, testing and deploying Apple & PC computersExperience with troubleshooting, analyzing, testing, and installing software upgradesAssist staff with preparing clear, complete and concise reports and recordsAssociates degree or equivalent combination of training. Minimum of 5 years practical experience in a technology related field.Must be able to work in-person while performing basic job dutiesDESCRIPTION:
Support the technology in the classrooms that is critical to instruction- Smart technologies, projectors, iPads, Laptops, applications, etc.This position will work directly with teachers and staff in the buildings as part of a support teamTeam members will work out of regional areas to facilitate response time but will not be locked to any one building
