Job Description SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platform Director to support the Chief Growth Officer in the Americas region. This role is critical in building out our advisory business, supporting existing practice and advisory leads on external business development and organic growth strategies, and acting as a liaison between practice and advisory leaders and functional partners operating with a constant improvement mindset.Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Support: Provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Growth Officer and Practice and Advisory Leadership to execute on elements of the strategic planResource Coordination: Coordinate resources from Marketing, PR, and Operations to support growth initiatives, ensuring effective and efficient executionDirectly manage RFP resourceTechnology Liaison: Liase with TDS to integrate innovative solutions that enhance service deliveryProject Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetCommunication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the Chief Growth Officer, Practice and Advisory Leads, Advisory Council and other stakeholdersData Analysis: Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvementStakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectivesSkills:

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong project management and organizational skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in data analysis and performance metricsFamiliarity with technology solutions and their application in business growthPersonal Attributes:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredExperience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in valuation or a strategic or advisory role, with a strong track record of supporting senior executives

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
