Job Title : Platform DirectorJob Description Summary : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Platform Director to support the Chief Growth Officer in the Americas region. This role is critical in building out our advisory business, supporting existing practice and advisory leads on external business development and organic growth strategies, and acting as a liaison between practice and advisory leaders and functional partners operating with a constant improvement mindset.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Support: Provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Growth Officer and Practice and Advisory Leadership to execute on elements of the strategic plan.Resource Coordination: Coordinate resources from Marketing, PR, and Operations to support growth initiatives, ensuring effective and efficient execution.Directly manage RFP resource.Technology Liaison: Liaise with TDS to integrate innovative solutions that enhance service delivery.Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Communication: Facilitate clear and consistent communication between the Chief Growth Officer, Practice and Advisory Leads, Advisory Council, and other stakeholders.Data Analysis: Analyze business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.Skills:Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong project management and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.Familiarity with technology solutions and their application in business growth.Personal Attributes:Highly motivated and results-oriented.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong leadership and influencing skills.Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities.Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in valuation or a strategic or advisory role, with a strong track record of supporting senior executives.Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
