Job TitleInstitutional Platform DirectorJob Description SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive Platform Director to support the Institutional Valuation and Strategic Accounts teams in the U.S. This role is crucial in expanding our institutional valuation business, enhancing team performance, and ensuring seamless client solutions, enabling the team to scale effectively.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and organize quarterly, semi-annual, and annual appraisals.Manage appraisal bids, letters of engagement, and reviews with the Institutional Lead.Assist with portfolio setup and review, particularly in Argus Enterprise modeling.Monitor and track appraisal deadlines, proactively communicating any delays to clients.Maintain and manage client-related spreadsheets and files.Address and resolve delivery, quality, or appraiser issues in collaboration with the Institutional Lead and Institutional QC Lead.Attend weekly institutional team meetings.Deliver superior client service to enhance client satisfaction, drive repeat business, and generate referrals.Streamline processes for bid submission, job setup, and assignment tracking to improve productivity.Train appraisers on Argus modeling and client site use to ensure consistency and compliance with client standards.Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting appraisal delivery issues to prevent delays and improve the client experience.Compensation and BenefitsCushman & Wakefield provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life, and disability insurance programs, and paid and unpaid time away from work.
