Position Description:

LCG's is seeking an Quality Assurance Analyst will support the Client in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and overall quality of its software and systems within a complex, modernized environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in QA methodologies, test automation, and be adept at collaborating across divisions to support the client's cloud-forward approach and modernization initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for both manual and automated testing, focusing on operations, maintenance (O&M), and development efforts.• Implement and maintain automated test suites using industry-standard tools, ensuring the automation of regression testing.• Test and validate new and existing software systems to ensure they meet functional and performance requirements.• Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, collaborating with software developers to ensure timely resolution.• Perform system performance testing to identify bottlenecks and provide recommendations for system improvement.• Ensure all software quality processes comply with client IT charters, policies, and regulations, working closely with governance teams.• Provide detailed reports on test results, performance metrics, and system quality. Update test scripts, manuals, and procedures based on test outcomes.• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, system engineers, and external contractors to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality software solutions.• Conduct risk assessments of software development and operations processes, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices.

Requirements:•

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.•

Experience : 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, software testing, or IT system validation, preferably within a federal or enterprise IT environment.• Experience with both manual and automated testing processes.• Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or equivalent platforms.• Experience with cloud-based systems, especially in a cloud-migration or hybrid IT environment.• Experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support.• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test case design, and automation frameworks.• Familiarity with modern IT service management systems, preferably ServiceNow.• Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall.

Previous experience in Office of Comptroller of Currency preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,775.00 to $141,175.00 per year benchmarked in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The Target salary is $120,400.00The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Salary at LCG is determined by various factors, including but not limited to role, location, the combination of education/training, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and work experience.
