National Account Sales Manager

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is the leading supplier of products specified to close the building envelope. They include: custom-engineered curtain wall and window wall, architectural windows, storefront systems, doors, skylights, architectural glass, and specialty products from CRL.

OBE is seeking a

National Account Sales Manager

for the Multi-Family, Hospitality, and Developer vertical market segments. This key individual will be responsible for creating demand for the entire Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope product line, including CRL, by promoting to project and brand stakeholders.

National Accounts is a Business Development program dedicated to building meaningful relationships with national brands and building owners to design glass and glazing solutions. We represent the brand/owner’s design intent throughout the construction cycle with defined programs tailored to meet the needs of the brand.

Responsibilities:

Conduct prospecting, effective and strategic calls and appointments, develop value propositions, create program proposals, create playbooks, and manage relationships with all key stakeholders related to the vertical market segments.Build and maintain a pipeline of projects and relationships using the CRM tools, in the related vertical market segments that lead to salesPromote Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope and CRL to architects and specification writers involved with the vertical market segments, to become the specification Basis of DesignWork closely with the Business Development Team, Territory Sales Representatives and Strategic Account Sales Team in developing strong relationships with architects and industry influencers.Qualified candidates will possess the following:

Previous experience in; promoting to commercial architects, strong product knowledge in storefront, window wall, curtain wall and glass products, glazing system application and ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications, and building integration knowledgePrevious sales experience and college degree requiredStrong professional presence with the ability and confidence to professionally present to large groups, specifically architects and project teamsEstimated Travel 40%

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, complex environmentStrong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at onceCritical thinking and problem solving are imperative skills for successCollaborative, team-oriented personality with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationshipsHigh level of computer, Microsoft Office, and CRM skills and acumen
