Director of Marketing

Royal Oak, MI (In-Office Position)

Autoparts.com is a growing family of companies. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence in the industry.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance the brand image of Autoparts.com. This in-office role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in marketing, including digital marketing and analytics, to manage and optimize all marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy:

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans that align with Autoparts.com’s business objectives. Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Campaign Management:

Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

Brand Management:

Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing materials and channels. Maintain brand integrity and enhance the company’s market position.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, SEO) are preferred.

5-7 years of experience in marketing management with a strong track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

Experience in the automotive parts industry is highly desirable.

Nice to Have: Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
