Job OverviewAs the Director of Marketing / Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the company through referral reviews, hospital visits, patient screening, strategic business initiatives, and partnerships.
You will play a key role in developing and executing business strategies to increase the
facilities referral source and referral volume.
Working in collaboration with the Director of Admissions.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with local hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Collaborate with product management to align business strategies with product offerings.
Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to optimize business performance.
Qualifications
Nursing Home Marketing Experience.
Marketing: 1 year (Required).
Job Type : Full-time
Pay : $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Work Location : In person (Canton, OH 44702 preferred).
