Overview:Monarch Capital Partners a private equity firm is seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and own all marketing efforts across Monarch Capital Partners and its portfolio companies. This hybrid position, based in Alpharetta, GA offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing company with a primary focus on increasing accredited investor participation in their private equity fund, Monarch I.Key Responsibilities:Lead Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy in order to attract accredited investors for Monarch I by using effective brand awareness and lead generation tools.Digital Content Creation:
Create engaging and impactful digital content across all platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn and other social media channels.Email Marketing Campaigns:
Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture quality leads and convert prospects into investors.Lead Generation:
Drive lead generation efforts through paid advertising channels, including Google Ads, social media ads, and other digital marketing tactics.Social Media Management:
Own and manage all social media marketing efforts, with a significant focus on LinkedIn to engage with the target audience and build brand credibility.Website Optimization:
Collaborate with the web development team to enhance website legitimacy and ensure a seamless user experience for potential investors.Private Equity Experience:
Utilize past marketing experience in the private equity space to effectively market Monarch Capital’s investment opportunities and attract qualified investors.Collaboration:
Work closely with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.Qualifications:Experience:
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the private equity space and mobile app SAAS verticals.Digital Marketing Expertise:
Strong background in digital content creation, email campaigns, lead generation through paid ads, and social media marketing, with a particular focus on LinkedIn.Technical Skills:
Experience with website optimization is highly desirable; proficiency in Google Ads is a plus.Strategic Mindset:
Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive investor engagement and generate leads.Creativity:
Strong creative skills with the ability to produce compelling content that resonates with the target audience.Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Education:
