HEARING OFFICER - 22012286Job Location:Eighteenth Judicial Circuit; Sanford, FLSalary Range:$4,023 MonthlyJob Description:This is a highly professional position with our organization performing quasi-judicial work related to child support enforcement matters. This position will conduct Title IV-D hearings pertaining to child support enforcement, child support establishments, modifications, and contempt. Work involves making determinations on cases and preparing reports and recommendations with accompanying orders for the judge’s signature. It also involves considerable interpretation and judgment in the analysis of legal issues related to child support cases.Education and Training Guidelines:Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Five years of related work experience in the practice of law. Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
