Responsibilities of the Contracts Specialist:
Preparing and administering terms and conditions for contracts that contribute to national security objectives.Collaborating in contract negotiation efforts, analyzing proposed costs, and evaluating pricing strategies.Modifying with precision and proficiency.Conducting in-depth analysis of procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Preparing and maintaining essential contract file documentation according to FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.Qualifications of the Contracts Specialist:
8+ years of experience with government contractsMUST HOLD ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCEExperience implementing DoD FAR/DFARs policies and regulationsExperience with government procurement and cost analysis experienceDoD experience desiredBachelor's degree in a related fieldCompensation for the Contracts Specialist:
Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000 per year flexible based on experience levelFull Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.Long-term contract supporting DARPA
